Route-it! Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Route-it!, including its mobile applications, web application, features, services, subscriptions, and related content.

By creating an account, accessing Route-it!, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Route-it!.

1. About Route-it!

Route-it! is a route-planning, client-management, productivity, and workflow application developed and operated by HALLOWTECH.

Route-it! may provide features such as client records, route creation, route optimization, navigation links, check-ins, saved routes, statistics, imports, and subscription-based functionality.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Route-it! for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Route-it! or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
• Reverse engineer or improperly copy protected parts of the service.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates another party's rights.
• Use the service in a way that creates an unreasonable technical burden.

4. Route and Navigation Information

Route-it! may use third-party mapping, routing, location, traffic, navigation, and search services. Routes, travel times, mileage, addresses, nearby locations, and other geographic information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Route-it! is a planning tool and is not a substitute for safe driving, personal judgment, road signs, traffic laws, emergency instructions, or official navigation guidance.

Do not interact with the application while operating a vehicle when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Route-it! may offer auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions. The available plan name, subscription duration, price, and renewal information are displayed before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase when subscribing through a mobile app store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Route-it! application or deleting your Route-it! account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.

Refunds and billing disputes for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled according to the applicable store's policies.

6. Free Features and Usage Limits

Route-it! may provide free access subject to feature, usage, storage, route, client, optimization, import, search, or other limits.

Free-plan limits may change as the service develops. We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features where permitted by law.

7. User Data

You retain responsibility for information you enter into Route-it!, including client records, addresses, routes, notes, leads, and other business information.

You represent that you have the authority and lawful basis necessary to store and process any information you provide through the service.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Route-it! Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Route-it! may connect with third-party services including mapping, navigation, authentication, payment, analytics, subscription, cloud, and app-store providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HALLOWTECH is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or independent conduct of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

Route-it!, HALLOWTECH, associated branding, software, designs, graphics, text, features, and original content are owned by HALLOWTECH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Route-it! for its intended purpose.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Route-it! available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route-it! is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, accurate, secure, or suitable for every business purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HALLOWTECH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed appointments, routing errors, business interruption, or similar losses resulting from use of Route-it!.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, creates security or legal risks, abuses the service, or fails to pay required fees.

You may stop using Route-it! at any time and may request account deletion through the application or our account-deletion page.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

For Route-it! downloaded through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and HALLOWTECH, not Apple. HALLOWTECH, not Apple, is responsible for Route-it! and its content, support, maintenance, and applicable warranties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions against you.

These Terms supplement Apple's applicable App Store terms and do not replace any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Route-it! develops. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Route-it! after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
